the week back from brisbane has been good enough, aside from not having people to receive me with open arms. suds went to the farm, so it's like 3 weeks of not seeing each other and the farm is so far out that it doesnt have phone connection, so it feels like dating a national service boy all over again.
the first few days were really hot, and i got really scared of summer, which officially started on 1 december. and then suddenly it turned really cool again, as if it was winter.
sunday
slept a little after unpacking all the stuff, woke up early in the morning to catch abalones! haha so random.
monday
went with arthur to look for a xmas present for marit,
almost bought a chicken at carousel
saw a trailer-rental place, cool

went to get yuwin's old bicycle from sheena with clarence transporting it in his car :), clarence brought me to pasta cup and to see his sister's baby rabbits

went to shop alone in harbourtown after lunch with jonathan lexing! got his book too. forgot to get his signature on it, darn!
wednesday
rest day at home!
thursday
went to the thrift stores, got a nice diving suit for $23, finally! should have bought the one i saw few months earlier for $18. oh well!
went out with alan to eat at a mexican restaurant in freo. haha that guy's pretty thoughtful and suave. i said "i feel like trying mexican food" and after some playing on the iphone, we were on our way to the restaurant, which is populated by the caucasians. felt like we stuck out like a sore thumb with no knowledge of mexican cuisine.
mexican turned out really good! it tasted a little like italian food. the sour cream and the rather turkish style of mashed beans were really interesting.friday
went to help jonathan lexing with shopping for groceries for his party. so many ladies helping him that lucky boy! an elderly man who looks like a very old version of johnny depp tried to pick me up in woolies! he kissed the back of my hand and thought i looked nice, dressed well... so flattered can! :D
and then while on the way back, received a call from suds! turns out he got out on friday so it was really nice to have him back earlier than i had expected.
he got his hair cut! saturday morning he dropped by like some macho prince charming on a horse to pick me for breakfast at maccas. bawwwh.

he had to go to work at jesters. met alan and went to big w for the one day big w sale. bought like 3 pairs of slippers for a dollar each. real good deal :D got my face painted for free lol!

was nice just wandering to park to talk about expectations, to compete with him on the pyramid- i won but i think he let me win! watched glee haha.
