it's always nice whenever arno has no work so being the very generous guy he is, would take us out on a spin. he's such a gentleman! very tolerating and "blind" to weaknesses of us house mates around, never participating in our gossiping and jokes, but listening with an intent to help and rectify.

we were joking about how we can see something hovering over his head whenever we discuss our problem house mate, and that hovering thing refers to a halo if you don't get what we mean.

anyway seeing that i quite like gardening, arno offered to take us to Bunnings Warehouse to look for plants to grow in the backyard. he's the one i talked about previously who fertilizes his tomato plant with natural means.

really wanted to get the cabbage one but thought it's too difficult for a beginner. hmmm was wandering around the open-air section wondering what i would get. a little pot of seedling plant like the above could cost $2.50-$4 and i shouldnt pick those that i could possibly buy at a cheap price from the supermarkets.

then as i had class at 1230, arno rushed to send me back to school. right up to my class building doorstep- how sweet!

cell group at yuwin's place is great fun. personally, praise and worship is always in viola's words: "cannot make it lah!" coz the singer tends to enter at the wrong pitch and if the singer doesnt sing loud enough, it would seem as if the singer is part of the crowd and the guitarist is the lead vocalist, so to speak.

but there was the presence- and you could feel that hearts are open to try, and that makes it beautiful. i love jack's cold macaroni salad and viola's indo mee. have to prepare refreshments next week zz!

also, don't judge me or anything, i just like to record those rare feelings on this blog.

i just began to realize that i really like the moments when i lock eyes with a certain person in my cell group. it's this very fleeting moment whenever that happens, yet it stays so strong in the mind and i would "refresh page" quite often to analyse every single bit. sometimes i feel like a glutton for that and would will myself not to look up at that person. theres always that "only us 2" kinda feeling- perhaps it first happened when someone was praying for the refreshments, then there was this part that i found funny, and i opened my eyes to check who else found it funny, and it was only he who smiled/grinned at me and i at him.

met jonathan's church friends for dinner! i thought i was only going to meet some of them but it was quite a huge turnout. anna from finland's really nice and softspoken, like most german people i know.

but way before the dinner at Fast Eddies, i went shopping. i really shopped a storm- bought lots of stuff at Good Sammys. that day was a 50% off recycled clothing so i went wild! but at least i curbed to max $20. bought a really nice navy blue bag, a brown swimsuit (it fits me! and its new!), a pair of OL beige pants for $0.50 (it's new! size4 though), a polka dotted supre dress, a pair of strange looking pink kitten suede pumps.

i didnt put 2 colours to show you the model that i bought. i actually both BOTH pairs. yes the above 2 exact pairs. freaking crazy i dont know why i bought 2 crocs HEELS.

it's pretty amazing that croc shoes come in heels form dont they! they're quite high too. ooolala~!
