my dad asked me this riddle today:
once there was a princess who can melt anything she touches. in desperation to cure her of this dreadful disease, her father, the king, offers her hand in marriage to the person who can present something that she would not melt upon touching it.
he first prince brought titanium, thinking that this is a very hard metal and that she would not stand a chance of melting it. alas! she melted it. the second prince brought diamond yet again, she was able to melt it. then came the third prince's turn. he told her to put her hand into his pocket. and tada! she could not melt this object that was in his pocket! GUESS WHAT IS THE OBJECT!
