chamin (?) telling stories to a group of audience.

i had diarrhea today! ate this for the first time in my life. it costs 50cents!

As I study, I can feel the youth leaching out of me, like vitamin C out of a vegetable as it is being boiled

That was how I feel while studying for the food chemistry test.

I tried to use methods to remember but I could only come up with very stupid analogies. Like this: Thiamin (B1) and Riboflavin (B2) reminds me of Bananas in Pyjamas.
“are you thinking what I’m thinking, B1?”
“yes, I’m thinking what you’re thinking, B2!”
Boink!
We’re vitamins!
Yay!

Seriously, if you were to pick my brain apart, you would find that I have a lot of nonsense and weird fantasies.

Thiamin is found in wheat germ, yeast, pork and peanuts. If you do not have sufficient thiamin, you may get the disease beri-beri. Although it may sound likea delicious berries drink, on the contrary, it is a very undesired disease. Its symptoms are loss of appetite, fatigue and depression, which are typical symptoms of students (like me) when threatened with exams. So we ought to consume more thiamin!

Anyway, I’m going to type about things a little relevant to my studies in order to make me feel less guilty about blogging. Heh heh.

Essential fatty acids are fatty acids not synthesized by the body of which the lack of them causes weight loss and eczema in infants. The 3 main essential fatty acids are linoleic acid, linolenic acid and arachidonic acid. To those who are avid Korean movies-lovers, arachi is Korean for ‘ok?’ right! Haha I like the way how Koreans say arachi, it sounds so much gentler than ‘ok’ in English and of more authority than ‘ok’ in Chinese.

on a serious note, chocolate is a stable fat crystal where triglycerides are fitted in a neat formation.. so if u eat chocolate, you would be eating lots of crystals. Yum!
