last few days in perth

counting down 2 days left in perth!

my friends have been pretty nice to me recently. haiya if in that case i would have left earlier and come back and leave them many many times.

 edwina looks so funny flicking her hair! pris is in her usual pose of checking her iphone like a compass/ almanac. wing and jovan the church cell leaders couple; them and their future surnames would be Ho-Lee ("holy")- i learnt that yesterday and still find it funny. also learnt about dione and her feelings about people putting her down and telling her she doesn't deserve julian. i didn't know people would feel that hurt about things like that...sigh i feel guilty coz i remember people saying such things and i can't remember if i ever said such things aloud. what do u think?? have you ever seen couples and think wow that girl/guy is blind and they're not matching? i think i often do, but maybe these thoughts are very presumptuous and superficial. i should never be in a position to say such things unless i know the person deeper.

after shopping i n harbourtown and following a scare where i couldn't find my wallet (digression: i was sitting on the stairwell waiting for them and the wallet slipped out of my bag. i didnt realized and i checked my bag and panicked, ran around to the shop where i was last at. lewis said he heard the PA system paging janet yang. found the management office and my friends said i was really lucky; if i were in singapore my wallet would have been long gone), we went to

the tea cafe in northbridge! in cantonese: chan cha teng!

i liked that place...i find that they serve pretty authentic food from hongkong and its cozy.

i was vain and wanted to take a self-timer shot. the camera focused on the table instead.

my $9 meal that consists of char siew pasta-in-soup which was weird, and a pineapple soda yum.

we went to superstar waffles... suds was quite grouchy sigh. maybe he hates big groups. he did feel better after having coffee. oh yeah that reminds me. when we were at harbourtown the boyfriends of the girls followed them so patiently and pulled out stuff suggesting to their girlfriends 'maybe u should try this' or 'this looks nice' or amiably saying 'nah i don't like this' etc-- i was so jealous!!!!! suds will never do that! although i can shop by myself and have good judgements, sometimes i wish suds could be slightly more well-mannered and easy-going like them. how are we to go shopping in future? i think our house in future will look like us disagreeing on many matters. 

no one puts baby in a corner! unless he's a grouchy grown-up who hates bananas vehemently.
