Fairytale Theme

[the entry that was not finished in time]

im really excited for zoe's wedding! especially since it has the theme of Fairytale! it's rather essential to dress nicely and not like some halloween costume party....yet so difficult to be able to match the theme. this is almost about one of the hardest themed events i have to dress up for.

so then i went to google the top fairy tales. aside from the famous disney princesses-there's other fairytales like Rumplestiltskin and Rapunzel which have funny endings that's not too fairytale-like but oh well. here i am attempt suggesting on how to dress up for the wedding of the year!

1. Little Red Riding Hood

...in the lady gaga's style

the white dress would look a little wedding dress-like

makes me want to get a maroon/red hoodie-cape now

2. Princess and the Pea

a rather unknown fairytale/story, it is about a princess who looks very sleepy and tired, due to lack of sleep because of the little pea that she felt under layerssss of mattresses.

good for those who has dark eye bags coz no makeup needs to be done. all you have to do is to look even worse, and to stick a green pea at your backside.

3. Rapunzel

the story of the girl trapped in a tower with VERY LONG hair, so long that a man can use to climb up a tall tower

vogue korea shows a lady with very long, straggly black hair and a pair of scissors.

it would be easy to get fake black hair by getting black/brown yarn and then tying it in a braid and then attaching to your own hair with a hairband.

it would be slightly more problematic if you have coloured hair. check out her gorgeous Rapunzel locks!

4. Cinderella

my most favourite Disney princess of all! i have no idea why i love her so much either.


a rather relatively easy one to do-- just wear a nice huge robin-blue dress, and then come hobbling on only ONE white heel.

5. Sleeping Beauty

for this one, you could try to look sleepy... or have your fingers looking like you pricked them, OR attach a sign that says "ZZZ" near your face and wait till people asks you what you are then you can say "sleeping beauty!!!"
