i'm attributing it to many factors...my work environment, the cute japanese eye candy, the seemingly easiness of the language, nice food.
speaking of the cute japanese eye candy! i realised which japanese cutesy character reminds me of him! this is for you to somewhat better relate to how he looks like~
if it's any help at all LOL.
he's pretty fair, has very curly hair like gu jun-pyo in boys over flower, is tall with very swimmer-kinda shoulders. when he smiles, he has that wobbly fallen-down-digit-3 kinda smile that makes me swoon a little. and his eyes are so friendly looking.
it even brings me to recall the bible verse: "His head is purest gold; his hair is wavy and black as a raven" the verses below would have talked about his lips being like milk and honey yada yada but i shalln't go so far lest your eye balls would roll away.
alas my colleagues think he's too old since they concluded that he has a receding hair line, and that his head is like bird nest etc.
random sidetrack: is this how my name is like in japanese?
ジャネット
it does look like a whole lot of chicken scratchings without the more organized chinese form of characters in them... LOL.
i also attribute this japan-loving thing to PET SOCIETY:

おはよう!
oh ha yo-u!
heard that the release was japanese-themed because of the hanami festival over in japan. AWW. the items these week totally took my breath away coz they're just too pretty!

かわいい!
kawaii!
i love the wigs they have :D and i can't wait to have my little bit of Japanese immersion or what-pathetic-immersion-i-can-get by
1. planting the tree seed to get my cherry blossoms plant!

2. buying gold mystery boxes till i get this geisha mask which reminds me of mulan
3. fishing a koi fish with a japanese-surprise-bento-item!
