recap

on my mum's birthday i took a leave to get away to jb with her!

we took the tuas causeway link and it's REALLY empty at that place, which is good but rather quiet and almost lifeless actually.

the ride was smooth and took us to bukit indah's jusco. that place saw quite a number of shops shut down...probably due to the low people-traffic, which is such a pity!

i like the small arcade section at the kids' department on the third floor (or second storey if u're anal-ytical like victor)

got a picture of the hello kitty ride to show my hello-kitty-loving colleague at work...

oh the rides were mostly imported from japan and they're pretty cheap to ride! and so fancy too!

baby chloe and the birthday girl!

my mum and i sat on this water-rafting ride which cost us SGD$0.50 and then we were so surprised when the water raft would actually move around as if we were on the waters. my mum shrieked real loud haha.

this is chloe at the approx~SGD$4 for 20mins at the little fun playpark..

the trampoline was so cool! i was so jealous that i couldnt play in it! and there was the slide into the colourful balls section that reminded me of the scene in Boys Over Flower where Ji Hoon brought Jan Di to cheer up. awww.

i got my hair cut there for RM6! yay!
********

my japanese colleague always posts funny tweets... or tweets that always seem funny after being processed by translate.google.com:

"Now go to bed! I used a head tomorrow I usually use nappy-headed dumb one day will surely remain" HAHAHA. i liked one of the tweets he had about the weather..sounded like a haiku after translation.

jamie approves of me painting this design instead of buying the dress itself!

the full dress is so pretty and work-wearable with a nice structured belt...sigh. i hate saving!

im so happy now that i have microsoft office back on my lappy again! :D yay royston tan rocks!!! guys and their technical know-hows always impress me and i dont know why i always have this strong sense of gratitude whenever problems relating to IT are fixed, and usually by guys!

*********

had a lovely night picnic with the cell group at zoe's secret spot.

we kinda look like a bunch of banglas out there lol.. it was worst when we all huddled, squatting and peering over a bunch of cards in our hands. we looked like people buying blue dvds or a mini IR-gambling group there. the whole mental image tickles me. haha.

drawing the mindmap

a bunch of people came by to fly their huge-ass squid kite! it was truly the largest kite i have ever seen!
