my new year's week

eve of my new year-- i left my phone on my aunt's car and was completely out of touch in the world! didn't even have the mood to ask people out for new years coz i only have a few people's numbers stored in my brain.


esplanade area was so freakin crowded. the police gave a hard time to people wanting to cross over to esplanade, hence weiliang and i totally walked around the area in a herd of people like sheeps in brokeback mountain, finally settled at padang (oh lovely pastures!)


the fireworks were beautiful! i dont usually travel to see fireworks and unlikely to unless there's company, but they always amaze me with the way they appear in the distant sky...a myriad of colours just blooming high-speed with all that glitterati, sometimes falling slowly like snowflakes... *distant faraway longing tone*



finally after squeezing through crowds and getting scolded by angmohs who pushed past us and screamed at jonathan "STOP PUSHING"...really horrible experience. and those dammed bangladeshis whistling that stephen quek kinda whistles, IN YOUR EAR, like the whole place is the construction side his father owns. so irritating!

hanging out at macs till crowds subside and decided upon clarke quay for free clubbing entertainment! FUN!

lastly we got to jonathan's house to watch dvds...we settled on Brokeback Mountain. woohoo! way to start new year! and ate mee goreng.

i met hohoho to have curly fries. ate so much for supper! i dont understand why the photos from my phone cannot be uploaded :[ sucks.

2jan-saturday!
service by pst tan. very short intro and message about forgetting the past and moving forward to a SMARTER 2010. cell group at the foodcourt, talking about diamond rings, night of matrimony was very funny! i cant wait for the weddings in 2010, namely the 2 important persons in the cell :D :D :D TWO!!!!! OH SHIT!!!!!!!!!!! i just remembered why i should not go to australia in JULY! shit shit shit!!!! i think i cannot go for francis's wedding! D': i forgot when zoe's one is going to be! SHIT!!!!! i think a certain BV is going to be at zoe's wedding!! ARGHHHH
