orchard marathon

day out with jonathan!

Walked like 42km (feels like it). From city hall, to the national museum, browsed it and to cathay to take a leak, then to the showflat of sophia residences to waste the agent's time by looking around. Then to shop at plaza sing, shopped a storm at daiso. Then to orchard central...i think that place is quite interesting. I love the furniture shops then. The stuff for young people isn't nice though...i like the shop by the popular bookstores branch. It's like the harris bookstores, but instead of books they do very cool stationery.

OC: longest ever escalator!!! i onno if it's longer than the iluma one but whattt!!

In short i saw all the cotton on outlets there is in orchard, even the new one at the underpass near the orchard mrt. And jonathan adores muji... -_- overpriced recycled paper shop.

salmon chewy thing. like beef jerky, but salmon.

Walked through the whole far east plaza too. I bought this japanese-style kind of a lucky bag. These bags contain random stuff that you won't know unless you buy it. Mine was $5 and it meant to contain a $10 value item.

I got a freakin ugly necklace. Argh. I will not buy lucky bags anymore! Unless it's from a reputable shop and it's like $4~.

I had durian crepe. The one peien loves so much she ate 5 in a sitting i think.
