non-existent "LIFE" now due to the many assignments and lack of money to enjoy what has left of it.

sigh.. financial woes everywhere!

anyway my sister got an iphone today, got me really jealous. everyone agrees that my laptop's quite cui and i think my phone's really outdated though i love it very much so. my sister being kind, says i could have her Nokia N95 if i sell my phone and give her the money from it. its a good deal, but i have emotional attachments to this phone! and i think she might use it as a feel-good thing like "well i justify my exorbitant purchases by doing some good deeds". how.. both phones are mega-pixel 5 and hers has wi-fi!!! that is the key winning point. my current phone is my ONLY ONLY first-hand phone that i ever owned. all my previous phones were passed-downs from my aunt and my dad.

today i went to the national library to look at microfilms, was a really cool experience! i didnt expect so many people to be reading microfilms, especially old people. i wonder if theyre looking at orbituaries? i know it's a little rude of me, but why do they read news so much at their age? seriously, the basement has many old people reading newspapers, even the foreign ones. i'm astonished.

and the news from 2002 was so different from now, it's eye-opening. the phone ads versus today's and how theres so many domestic interesting stories but recent news were more local crimes or depressing stories. 2002 was also similar to 2009, what with the market crashes and etc. i reckon it would be good to read 2002 and compare-contrast if need to do so.

and im quite happy today to receive some songs from victor!!! :D my mp3's been so boring lately. those songs made me so much happier. :)
