after service, we went to eat at the coffee shop just next to Simei MRT. NOT RECOMMENDED to go, portions were SO small-- we ordered medium but theyre so stingy! i wonder what small would look like! and the staff were quite unattentive. serving the meat before the rice-- meat went cold when rice came, and became even colder when we finally get the eating utensils. we were so hungry we thought we should eat with bare hands.
it was saturday night and the number of customers there eating= fail. only ah peks would go there for beers and tv.
i believe in PR (public relations). treat one customer bad= loss of 100 potential customers.
see, i blog and the number of people reading this would know not to go there. sometimes i really want to just rant and complain about their service, teach them a thing or 2, but i dont think theyll understand the powers of feedback.
same as for budding entrepreneurs and people in service sector-- the value of each customer is especially whazamingkaehioeanierwhooooasly great.

haha so big already!!! she's really developing a character of her own and getting inquisitive and all. she seems like a bright child, but a temperamental one though. ok maybe i think too much! i hope her temper will not stumble her in her days to come!
