{Albany Road Trip }!

after a 5+ hours long drive, finally arrived and got down to having an ASIAN LUNCH!

we found it funny that angmohs are working for asians in the asian restaurant here.

some touristy places to see

we checked into our room after lunch:

quite narrow isnt it
the place is not too bad actually.

and we went to the op shops before going to the sightseeing spots
(coz the shops might close earlier and i like sunsets in pictures)
and i got a vintage blouse and vintage dress

which means yay! for outfit changes! (i am so vain, whatever!)

we stopped at the first carpark and thought that the wind farm is pretty awesome,
although not as wonderful as we thought. just 2 wind turbines???

then to the second carpark and we got off to follow the wind farm trail
the wind farm has free entry btw!

i believe my shots of suds were pretty majestic!

seeing such huge rotating 'fans' was amazing. such modern evolutions from the windmills. they stood like dinosaurs in some futuristic pastures of land with the sun shining on them and majestically move at their own speeds without a care as to what's going on with the hustle-bustle and nairy-fairy beneath their chinny chin chins.

boy it is freezing with the strong coastal winds!

and then we're on our way to the natural bridge!

suds was so scared when i was edging nearer to the cliff.
i can see why as earlier on i almost tripped on my rubber thongs.

the waves destroyed some of the rocks leaving a "bridge"

pink and purple sunset

and then it was off to dinner....and we were so exhausted already! couldn't set our minds up for dinner places. in the end it was asian food again. LOL. eeee like fish and chips got nice ones meh. i find that i only like long john silvers' ones.... aww singapore.

yummy laksa! :D

and we found that the second asian shop also had angmohs working under asians!
so surprising! and the asian lady boss spoke to me in chinese and seemed so happy to see other chinese.

also realised that the prawns in Albany are really really huge.

suds and his awful wanton mee. i don't even wanna try it.

i asked suds to take pictures of my outfit:

it was only after the photos and me taking off my headband that he told me that his groin was in all the pictures. what the!!!!1!!

we watched american pie and then it was off to bed. it wasnt a great sleep coz it was slightly warm that night, and we had to close the windows coz there were skateboarding backpackers. annoying pigs. wanted to hurl obscenities at them but suds said please don't.

the ladies' loo, which is a shared facility:

the england-styled wash basins with separate hot and cold taps

checked out early so that we can explore albany a bit before the tree-top walk.
at their central park

and to albany plaza for some look-see......
looks pretty old

favourite bunny but suds says this kid played cheat!

suds likes the blackened bunny.
it looked like some unhappy unartistic boy's doing

at coles

i want them all! and they were on half price!

we wanted to go for the ten pin bowling
since it was according to suds, the cheapest in the whole of australia.
it was
bullshit.
$11 per game?! freak no way!

passing by red autummish trees
we reached Denmark!

rosemary and lamb pie!
suds says that their pies are really quite good.

and then later to the Tree Top Walk!

40m? it felt like 100m!!

really wobbly!

suds is horny.

burls and gnarls

toilet stop at dannybrook,
bubbles too

and yet another sunset while we tried to beat the sun back home.

suds grew really really tired.... haha scary ride back home. i really love this trip! :D
