recently facebook rolled out some changes to the design of the typical facebook profile, introducing this "timeline" feature. this timeline allows users to view posts recorded over facebook from years back- from birth of a person to the year that facebook started (2007 or so) and to recent posts.
VERY INTERESTING. most of all those who converted from the previous classic design to the timeline one will have a huge banner, or a masthead kinda thing, which got me stumped as to what picture to pick. i already have a hard time picking a picture for my own profile picture!
so i was googling for designs and found some really cool ones that i really liked! they incorporate the profile picture into the masthead, which makes it all the more cooler....

kinda got inspired from suds' dad's wall design on his real wall in his real house. also because the banner was readily available for download and use. what to do, i was lazy.... ;)
