boo i got rather boring blog titles now... can't be bothered to think of nicer ones!
went to annalakshmi. jade joined in- the restaurant has nice vegetarian dishes.
me and jade! with buffet vegetarian dishes behind!
we went to the museum to visit a free exhibition upon my aunt's recommendation.
the works by patricia piccinini were really cool:

she makes these life-size figures out of silicon, real human hair, fibreglass which upon close inspection, will still lead you to believe that the skin is incredulously real. like i tried swaying myself for awhile and stood still, i would have been able to swear that the creature was stirring awake and moved. the bluish lines of the veins peeps through the translucent skin, and every single body hair of the creature so meticulously arranged to look natural, every fold and crease of the skin so perfectly molded.
i wish to reach out and touch the figurines but it's not allowed. so is photography. hence you have to bear with my descriptions. oh and the title of the exhibition is called Relativity. i really like the "where the wild things are" kinda theme- grosteque creatures with an affable side to it.
anyway there was a station where we are encouraged to draw a self-portrait and leave it there so jade and i did!
it was raining and it was quite cold...we hide out at another free exhition, which displays are more crammed together in contrast with the previous one.
jade left us to head out and my aunt and i hung out at north bridge!
boo i really dont know how to best use my camera know... so thats me having a chocolate pudding after my baby burger.
finally uncle ben arrived! he's my aunt's university school mate, whom she last met almost 15 years ago.
