SMa is dumb

[Re-print Diploma certificate will be S$50.00 (excl 7% GST), it can only be re-printed if you are able to proof you have lost/damaged the original one.

The school will not entertain request to re-print certificate if student just wants a second copy.

Transcripts will be S$10.00 (excl 7% GST) per copy. Kindly complete the attached form to request for your reprint of certificate & transcript. You will have to provide us a police report if you have lost your original one for the supporting document. ]


i wont say that my school is dumb unless it is actually out to cause students to go through lots of trouble to get things done, coz they would have really achieve their purpose.

so tell me, how does one "proof" to have lost the original one?

and will the police ever entertain such requests to report loss of a piece of paper?!

I AM SOOOOOOOOOO annoyed with my school sometimes, seriously. not only do they want that much of money for that paper with a signature, but they must make it so troublesome and impossible to get back a lost certificate.

i would have thought that a police report for a missing cute hamster would be far more important than a piece of paper. hamster is a life you know! ARGH i can't stand it. i shall just wait to get my bachelor certificate than to waste time searching for my diploma certificate.
