"Free & Easy Day"

it was like the last day of the trip as a tour group which usually means free & easy, but my dad chose for us to pay an extra sum to the tour guide for him to bring us around.

the names of the places arent in the itinerary this time round so no inkling of where ive been to yikes!

first stop:

i took this! haha my mum was complaining about the angle and my dad was huffily "HURRY LA! very glaring you know!" then snap out a very cute picture of them! they look like theyre in their early 30s here :) which is so funny especially when they were complaining and nagging like some old foggies.

third stop:
christmas eve so there were lots of crowds there. the shops are very western and the stuff are the nicest really, just too expensive. saw the best-looking people of shanghai all there. :) the girls look so chic in their winter wear.

too freaked out by the price tags to shop, i asked my sister to go to the subway just to snap a picture for keepsake

THENN we went back to the hotel and got out again to this nearby shopping street to explore! it's a very hometown kinda shopping night market.

many stalls selling fried and barbequed food. they even sell this dog meat and the real thing was displayed, it was braised so it looked like a dark bronze-plated dog statue, with its face and tail and all, eww.

my mum wanted me to cut my hair at the hair salon since they charge only S$2 for wash and cut and it wasnt even a promotion. so cheap!
