hate the receptionist who works only 1 level down from me!! FREEEK. only debbie n kc know. was really emo until i met them. emo coz i thought i could handle and be confident. but nooo i was so nervous handling the phone calls and the person at the other end seemed so impatient. felt like i was the worst among my peers.
during the whole thing, i suddenly understood why people smoke and scold bad words. suddenly i wish i had something to vent my frustrations on.
