1 more week near school!!!

wrote a poem today. so funny la, people getting ready for school but i seem to be like gettin ready to hunt a husband.

YOU AND ME.
we'll steal wheelchairs
from handicapped aunties
wheel them all the way to
the marina bridge
you'll wear socks and slippers
a blanket covers your lap
i'll wear a long black skirt
and a beanie cap
we'll look like we're dying tomorrow
as we wait from 2 oclock
for the fireworks.
when the time comes
people fight to get a view
we'll be in our vip seats
we'll be in out own world
they wont know whether
to pity us
or to envy us--
the dying couple
in the comfy seats

we'll not be afraid of
what the world thinks
we're in love
that's all that matters
the sun smiles down at us
the birds sing
i'll wear a white gown
u'll wear a white tux
all from salvation army
we'll take our wedding pictures
with a timer camera
by the beach

we're both young and free
i love you
you love me
we'll find a tree
scratch "you and me"
a cupid's arrow strikethrough
to mark the random anniversary

we share great dreams
we'll built great things
the fools in love
that's what we will be
you'll be the apple of my eye
as i am yours
without you
i'll be nothing
you make my life complete

we have nothing to fear

from this day forward
for better for worse
for richer for poorer
in sickness or in health
