went for job interview at recruit express today and was rejected coz i am below 165cm. tell me! should i lie next time around!?
short of 1.5cm? gone $8/hr job. plus $30 bonus when project ends. shucks.... anyway try to go to town this 2 weekends 430 to 730. if you're lucky, you can see pretty hoyu girls (like peh sinyee) parading around. ;D
shopping cheered me up a little! i've got my skinny jeans finally. first time trying it on and bought it. :X it's very bleached, a little baggy on my buns. but cool. hope it wont be an impulse buy. heh.
the highlight of the day is this: this customer i served, especially asked patrick the waiter to give me this $10 tip. like hallelujah! haha! HAHA! HAHAHA!! i was so happy i danced around and told everyone.
i dont think any of the receps have ever been singled out to be tipped. i'm barely 3weeks there and the others who worked 3 years or so? haha then again i won't know. didnt ask. yay!! just so glad. felt super appreciated. :D
however patrick took the $10 and put it into the tips box, meaning, i'd never be able to get that $10. sigh. the tips box is only for the full-timers. sigh... $10 is a lot to me.
