this picture makes me really sad. it's goin to be torn down by november or so i hear. no more zig-zag staircase when you drive past the PIE to jurong. no more secondary school revisits to share with others.
i used to grumble climbing up the slope everyday. Picking up litter in neon orange vest for being late once too many times. Had many fun and enjoyable camps in the school. Scolded by teachers. Innocent girl cliques. Confiding deepest secrets during math class. Nice canteen food. Running 2.4kms around the school. Getting full marks for a small literature test. Getting top in art award in secondary 2. Losing to record-breaker in long jump and getting second. Choir practices in various parts of the school. Watched soccer while sitting on the hill. Gawked at handsome seniors with my friends. Stained my skirt many times and washing it in the toilet. Met my first boyfriend there.
i miss commonwealth secondary school.
